Returns, Refund and Exchanges

  1. Change of Mind (Non-Defective)

    • Return window: 1 days from delivery/purchase
    • Condition:
      • Unopened, unused, with all accessories, manuals, and original packaging
      • In-ear products (IEMs/earbuds) can only be returned if factory seal is intact for hygiene reasons
    • Fees: Shipping charges are non-refundable; return shipping is paid by the customer
  2. Dead on Arrival (DOA) / Defective on Arrival

    • Report within 3 days of delivery/purchase
    • Requirements:
      • Original packaging and all accessories
      • Clear photos/video of the issue and the unboxing (strongly recommended)
    • Resolution:
      • Inspection by Geek Mart/authorized center
      • Replacement subject to stock; otherwise repair or refund as applicable
      • Return shipping covered by Geek Mart for verified DOA/incorrect items
  3. Incorrect or Missing Items

    • Report within 48 hours of delivery
    • Mus Provide unboxing photos/video and order details for quick resolution
  4. Non-Returnable Items

    • Opened in-ear tips, ear foams, hygiene items
    • Gift items/freebies, consumables
    • Physically damaged or modified products, water damage, burn marks, unauthorized repair
    • Clearance/final sale items (if marked)

    Refunds

    1. Method and Timeline

      • Issued to the original payment method (or via bank/mobile wallet for COD)
      • Processed within 3–10 business days after approval/inspection
      • Shipping fees are refundable only for verified DOA/incorrect items
    2. Restocking

      • For change-of-mind returns, a restocking fee may apply if packaging/accessories are missing or product shows handling marks

      • Pack securely with all accessories; include order ID inside
      • Geek Mart is not responsible for damage or loss during return transit due to improper packaging

      • We’ll share RMA instructions and return address
      • After inspection, we’ll update you on repair/replacement/refund

    1. Software/firmware updates or sound tuning do not qualify as defects
    2. Back up your data before sending DAPs/players; we are not responsible for data loss
    3. Policy applies to purchases from Geek Mart only
    4. Geek Mart may update this policy at any time to align with brand and regulatory changes
