Warranty Policy

  1. Warranty Coverage

    • Covers manufacturing defects only (as per brand/manufacturer terms)
    • Does not cover:
      • Physical damage, water ingress, burn/melt, wear and tear
      • Cosmetic scratches, cable cuts, connector damage due to misuse
      • Sound preference/tuning differences
      • Loss or theft
      • There will be no warranties on Cables of IEMs, Headphones, DAC/Amp and after market cable purchase. So in case of online delivery customer should inform within 24 hours for a damaged or defected cable. On physical store customer should check instantly the cable after purchase.
  2. Warranty Duration

    • Varies by brand and product; (3 months, 4 months, 6 months, 12 months) 
    • Geek Mart facilitates claims for officially distributed items purchased from us
  3. Warranty Resolution

    • Repair or replacement per brand policy and parts availability
    • Replacement is subject to stock; equivalent model may be offered if discontinued
    • Turnaround time varies by brand/service center
  4. Proof Required

    • Original invoice/order ID and serial number (if applicable)
    • Original box/accessories may be required by some brands
